TroubleShoot Exchange Address Book not updating

Written June 2020. Microsoft changes these admin screens often, so the screenshots below may not match what you see today. The sequence of steps is usually still correct — if something looks wrong, tell us and we'll update it.

Time to Execute: 30m

1.       Check through Exchange PowerShell test if OAB get passed.

2.       If passed force update OAB.

3.       Wait for 24 hours to let the Outlook client fetch the latest OAB.
