1.       Check the report and see on which front end the conference got hosted.

2.       Check the events for the told time for that server to look for any issues.

3.       Dig into the Skype Monitoring reports to check that servers load.

4.       Check from reports If all users were facing the issue or only reported one.

5.       Dig into that specific conference report and look for failure cause.

6.       Read about the error and resolute it.
