TroubleShoot invalid DID Showing Skype on-premise

1. Check for the DID first in the Skype control panel if given correct as desired.
2. Check for the route and see if any suppression is there.
3. If the suppression is used, then look for the voice policy this route is assigned.
4. Check whether the same voice policy is assigned to the user, if not assign it and the suppression DID (desired one) will be shown onwards.
