2. Use Nslookup to verify the records i.e. there should be a cname and av record pointing to right directions for the custom domain hosted on Domain Registrar
3. If records not present, do ask client to create them in DNS i.e. av record points to external ip of edge server, create srv if federation and mobility is needed
