Check DNS Records for Skype On-Prem

  • 1.       Open Cmd
  • 2.       Use Nslookup to verify the records i.e. there should be a cname and av record pointing to right directions for the custom domain hosted on Domain Registrar

  • 3.       If records not present, do ask client to create them in DNS i.e. av record points to external ip of edge server, create srv if federation and mobility is needed
