Data Entry using MS Form to SharePoint List by Power Automate

1.Create MS Form

  •  Open office 365
  • Select form
  • Rename title
  • Add 3 Question
  • What is your first name?
  • What is your last name?
  • What is your birthday?

2. Create List in SharePoint
    Open SharePoint and create list of 3 column

3. Create workflow
 










Go to form and click on share, copy address and past in browser

        submitted




Open sharepoint
