Prerequisites      

•  Azure VM, Install Server-2012,   Promote as domain controller
•  On Client VM, windows 10, and join to domain
•  Azure Ad Connect, download and install on Server OS, and synchronize with on prem ad users
• 1 more on prem windows 10 also joind to this domain.
• test1@domain.com,   assign license (MDM & MAM) and logged in on client machine (vm).

1.       Go to Intune portal

•      Click on Devices
•      Configuration profile

•        Create profile
•        Windows 10 or later
•        Select profile
•        Templates
•        Administrative templates, click on create

In basic: type name as training-gpo, next

Configuration setting: (computer configuration and user configuration as old gpo)

Assignments: add all users, review and create

For On prem windows 10, setting, accounts, access work and school, choose account and synchronized. On client vm in azure, repeat same steps
