Public folder migration 2010-2013

Written October 2022. Microsoft changes these admin screens often, so the screenshots below may not match what you see today. The sequence of steps is usually still correct — if something looks wrong, tell us and we'll update it.

Step 1: Create a folder in c drive and put the name of PFScripts and paste all the 4 scripts in this folder.

Open the exchange management shell

  • PS c:\windows\system32>cd c:\Exchange Public Folder Migration Scripts
  • PS c:\Exchange 2013 Public Folder Migration Scripts>./Export-PublicFolderStatistics.ps1
  • ExportFile: pf-size.csv
  • PublicFolderServer: mailbox.islamabadcricket.club
