Restrict Users to Outlook Only
Steps to Perform
- Go to Azure Portal
- Go to Intune, you’ll see a new blade called Conditional Access
- Create a new policy there, name it as per your convenience. In Cloud Apps, select "Office 365 Exchange Online" app to be managed. Add users and groups as per convenience to set the policy. Set the conditions and in the end, in the access control, grant access only to Approved Client apps for Exchange Online which will block native mail app and will restrict users to use Outlook only.
- And you’re done! The users in the targeted AAD group will now be required to install the Outlook app to access their Office 365 e-mail.
