Trouble Shoot the Access to Shared Drive (2)

1.       Recreate the issue on your side and see if error pops up.

2.       Try to access internally.

3.       If the error is persisting and same for both, check for Password that if it’s changed.

4.       Turn of the "Secure Transfer Required" option from the Config of storage account holding the file share. The reason behind turning this off is due to incompatibility of this feature with older version of windows server.
