In the Hype-V manager click on the New under Actions at far most right then click Virtual Machine:
Click on Next button:
Put the Name of VM and click on Next:
Select Generation 1 click Next:
Put the amount of RAM you want to assign click Next:
Select the LAN Connection:
Put the Hard Disk details click Next:
Click on Install an Operating system from a bootable CD/DVD-ROM then select 2nd option “Image File” click Brows locate you ISO image file then click Next:
Now click on Finish it will create VM:
