How to change User Sign On method in Azure AD Connect

Written May 2018. Microsoft changes these admin screens often, so the screenshots below may not match what you see today. The sequence of steps is usually still correct — if something looks wrong, tell us and we'll update it.
  • Logon to the Domain Controller:
  • Right Click on Azure AD Connect and Run as Administrator:
  • Now click on Yes:
  • Click on Configure:
  • Click on Change user sign-in:
  • Put your Administrator credentials:
  • Now select which option you want to change and click Next and then Save:
