Skype Hybrid PSTN Test

Written July 2020. Microsoft changes these admin screens often, so the screenshots below may not match what you see today. The sequence of steps is usually still correct — if something looks wrong, tell us and we'll update it.

1.Make the environment hybrid. (Need Help for this step, look for the concerned document created)

2.Assign the user with SFB plan and Phone System License.

3.Assign the user with Voice Policy and Voice Routing Policy.

Grant Voice Policy using this command after changing required parameters: Grant-CsVoicePolicy -Identity"Ken Myer" -PolicyName VoicePolicyRedmond

Grant Voice Routing Policy using this command after changing required parameters: Grant-CsVoiceRoutingPolicy -Identity"Ken Myer" -PolicyName"RedmondVoiceRoutingPolicy"

4.Move the user online, the online connectivity will work now. ((Need Help for this step, look for the concerned document created)
