How to login in Polycom Using On Premise Lync
Retired product. Microsoft retired Skype for Business Online on July 31, 2021, and support for Skype for Business Server 2015 and 2019 ended on October 14, 2025. Microsoft Teams replaces them. This article is kept for reference.
Skype for Business Online retirement
- Go to http://<IP Address of Phone>.
- Check Admin radio button and enter Password and click on submit Option.
In outbound outbound proxy Pane, Enter following information.
- Address:
- Port: Access Edge Server (5061/443)
- Transport Protocol: TLS

In sip line identification pane enter Address and authentication ID.
